Cancellation of CPD and Congress fees – EVDA will refund 50% of the fees up to 14 days before the event.

No refund will be issued if cancelling CPD and Congress within 14 days of the event.

A booked place may be transfers to another person up to 72 hours before an event, provided the new attendee meets the criteria of EVDA Membership.

EVDA reserve the right to decline membership from any person who does not meet the membership criteria or does not uphold the standards expected by the EVDA.

Postage of Scrub Tops will be sent by Royal Mail and sent by Special Delivery (UK) or International Tacked and Signed (Europe and rest of World). If your package does not arrive at the expected time, please email us.

Scrub tops are made to order and therefore there is a non refund policy.
